I am an Ethiopian-U.S. American visual storyteller currently based in New York City. I believe in intentional and empathetic storytelling, putting people first and allowing them to express their stories in the way they see fit. Through visual forms, I seek to complicate single story narratives while uplifting story partners and viewers to both witness and imagine a life outside of the boundaries society has outlined for them.
